TRYOUTS – INITIAL ASSESSMENTS / 01
sTEP 1 - TRYOUTS
How do I apply for tryouts?
2-4 times a year.
Days of shows, or a Saturday (training camp)
Show us what you got. This is your chance to get a feel of being a wrestler, take a bump, feel the ring, etc.
BASIC TRAINING & CONDITIONING / 02
sTEP 2 - basic training
Where and when do we train?
Learn the basics of wrestling. Start to get fit and conditioned for wrestling.
How to take bumps, give and take a hit, basic mobility, how to move safely, etc.
Anywhere from 6 months to 18 months before ready for training in the ring.
Trainings Tuesday and Thursday evenings, Parow, Cape Town. Held at our training academy.

sTEP 3 - RING TRAINING
More about ring training
Now, all the basic training comes together and gets taken to the next level. Start to get a real feel for in-ring action.
Learn moves and sequences, how to use the ring, crowd-work basics, top rope moves, moving in and out of the ring.
Build an idea of who you want to be in the ring.

sTEP 4 - EXHIBITION MATCHES
What are exhibition matches?
Test your skills in road shows and smaller events. Get placed in multi-person styled matches. Grow first hand experience.
Iron our the creases in your wrestling abilities.
CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT / 05
sTEP 5 - CHARACTER DEVELOPMENT
How do we create your in-ring persona?
Work out the kinks in your character. After ring experience, truly understand who you are in the ring.
Finalise outfits and out of ring persona.
Develop skillset and move list further.
